Lennie is wonderful! Within hours of telling her what we were looking for, she was emailing us listings of homes we actually liked and that our bank would qualify. She did all the work researching the houses beforehand so we didn't waste our time looking at anything we couldn't get into or that were not to our specifications. Within 2 weeks we found the home we now live in and within the price we specified. A month after that, we were closing. We had a great experience working with Lennie last year when sellingour home in Chandler, AZ. Over the years I have had a lot of exposure to the real estate market both in buying and selling. In the process I learned that there are many conflicts of interest for the realtor. In my opinion I think there are some that put their own interests ahead of their clients. That said, I feel it’s very important that you trust the realtor you hire. When Lennie came to do her listing presentation she was direct, confident, and most important, honest. She didn't tell me my house was worth more then it was and she made it clear that we were selling in a very difficult market with prices clearly dropping. At first I didn't like the suggested list price but when she told me she would rather not get the the listing before doing me a disservice and listing way to high, I was sold. There were other listings in the neighborhood that were listed months before we listed our house. They were worth tens of thousands of dollars more then ours(on the lake) but sold months after mine forthe same amount. In the end we saved at least 10%($50k) because of Lennie. Once we got an offer she managed the closing without a hitch.One thing I liked best was that she was always giving me updates. It was like she could gauge my anxiety and would call me right before I was going to call her. I can’t say enough good things about her! I was recommeneded to Lennie thru her husband Dan, who I had been working with on and off for a few months. After many months of searching for a home (with a different realtor), I decided not to buy cuz I was not having any luck finding what I wanted so I thought renting might be cheaper.. But after looking for rentals, that were WAY over what I could even afford, I reached out to Dan again, and he suggested I talk to Lennie. I am not kidding, the day I talked to Lennie, she found me a HOUSE that I actually WANTED to buy and we had a contract submitted that same day!! It took ONE house! The entire process of closing took LESS than a month! You cannot go wrong with Lennie and Dan. They REALLY know their stuff. We had already parted ways with a few less-than-helpful realtors before we started working with Lennie, and boy are we glad we did. She made the process of buying our first home so easy. Lennie made sure to sit down with us and figure out exactly what we were looking for before she started taking us around town to look at places in person. When we did go out, Lennie helped us rule out homes I know we would have regreted buying by pointing out things we didn't even notice in the excitement of the moment (traffic noise, powerlines, etc.) It took only four homes before we found The One. Lennie knew it was our home as soon as we did, but she was careful not to pressure us. It's wonderful to have a realtor who is as excited about finding you the perfect home as you are! Lennie explained the entire process of buying a home from putting in the offer to picking us the keys so a couple of first-time homebuyers like us would know exactly what we were getting ourselves into. She then jumped through hoops to make sure we could get a great deal. We even got to close early. We were so happy with everything Lennie did for us. We won't hesitate to call her again the next time we need to buy or sell a house.

She has been by my side from the beginning straight through till the end at closing, and I know she will be there for me in the future.
